ABOUT ME

I’m a professional dancer and choreographer with a focus in contemporary dance. I began my journey on So You Think You Can Dance, which served as a launching pad for a career that’s taken me across stage, screen, and studio. I've had the honor of performing in projects like Dancing with the Stars, Glee, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and have worked alongside artists such as Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, and Jennifer Lopez.

Throughout my career, I’ve faced a number of injuries that tested both my resilience and passion for dance. These experiences deeply shaped the way I approach my work today, both as a performer and as an educator. I’ve found a great sense of purpose in teaching and mentoring dancers across the country, and I’m committed to fostering environments where artists can grow not only in skill, but in self-awareness and longevity.

In addition to performing and teaching, I co-own Relative Motion with my sister, Cara Dixon. It’s a patented apparel line designed to support technical training through color-coded visuals that highlight the body’s major muscle groups. By making muscle engagement more visible, the apparel helps dancers and teachers target alignment and activation more effectively, making it a powerful tool for reaching technical goals in a smarter, safer way.
